AIT enjoys chef's binakol

Mar 3--Most AIT students didn't knew what a chicken binakol is until Chef Jimmy Jardiniano from Moomba cooked the chicken with the buko juice during the cuisine program KULINARYA held inside the AIT Student Lounge.


The program, headed by Cheska Llamas, was part of UP Tourism Management Society's Anniversary Week ISLA: Isang Salu-Salo sa Ikalabing-apat na Anibersaryo.

The audience--staff, faculty, and students--got the chance to taste Jardinano's master piece. After which, Dean Rolando Tolentino of the UP College of Mass Communication gave a brief talk on Filipino culinary culture.

The organization's traditional Grand Pakain followed the talk.
